At Shaped by the Tides, everything is created with love, intention, and a touch of the ocean’s magic. At this time we do not offer returns unless the item arrives damaged.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (ORIGINAL ART, PRINTS, MERCH)
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery at shapedbythetides@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

If eligible, you may receive a refund, store credit, or replacement.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or sent in error.

All items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Note: Slight color differences between your screen and the product may occur. These do not qualify as defects.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS (COURSES, MEDITATIONS, JOURNALS)
All digital product sales are final. By California law, once the content is delivered or downloaded, refunds are not required unless:

CUSTOM COMMISSIONS
Custom artwork or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable. You’ll be part of the creative process and approve before final delivery.
