By accessing the Site, purchasing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

1) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be 18+ (or have a parent/guardian’s consent).

Keep your login private. You’re responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

2) Purchasing, Pricing & Refunds
Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes/fees may apply.

Digital goods are delivered instantly and are non-returnable. Unless a written guarantee is stated on the sales page, all sales are final.

Chargebacks for valid deliveries may result in account termination and debt collection of fees we incur.

3) License to Use (What you can & can’t do)
When you purchase, we grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for your own use only. You may not:

“Shaped by the RTides” and related marks are our trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

DMCA / Copyright Complaints
If you believe your copyright is infringed, email shapedbythetides@gmail.com with: (1) your contact info, (2) the work claimed infringed, (3) the exact URL, (4) a good-faith statement, and (5) your electronic signature. We may remove content or suspend access as required by law.

5) User Content & Testimonials
If you post in our communities or send testimonials, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and edit it for operation and promotion of the Services (you can revoke future promotional use by writing to shapedbythetides@gmail.com). Please don’t share confidential or sensitive info—community spaces aren’t private.

6) Wellness / Medical / Results Disclaimers
Our content is educational and self-developmental only. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice and does not create a patient-provider or therapist-client relationship.
